Heating for the way you live outside

Most of our work is commercial — restaurants, hotels, venues. But the same equipment that holds up to a Friday-night dinner rush is exactly what a well-built home patio deserves. We do residential properly: the right heater for the space, the right fuel, mounted right.

Commercial heating is our specialty. Residential projects are selected case-by-case. Good fits: custom homes, full remodels, outdoor kitchens, covered patios, pool areas, and serious entertaining spaces.

  • New construction

Heating designed into the patio from the plans — placement, fuel, and controls coordinated with your builder.

  • Modern renovations & remodels

Upgrading the backyard? We spec heaters that match the design — recessed, wall-mounted, or statement pieces.

  • Existing patios

Already have a patio that's too cold half the year? We retrofit — including gas line coordination through a licensed installer on request.

Why a commercial heater guy for your home

Big-box patio heaters are built for a few summer evenings. Ours are built for every night.

  • Equipment that lasts

We sell the same commercial lines we supply to restaurants — built for daily use, with parts available for years.

  • Sized, not guessed

Ceiling height, wind exposure, and layout determine how many patio heaters your space needs. We do the math before you spend.

  • Service after the sale

Ignition acting up two winters from now? You call the person who set up your heating — not a 1-800 number.

  • Full manufacturer warranty

Every heater covered by its factory warranty, with claims handled through us.

Common questions

Do you work with our contractor or builder?

Yes — regularly. We coordinate heater placement, gas or electric rough-in requirements, and timing with your contractor, architect, or builder so heating is part of the plan, not an afterthought.

Gas, propane, or electric for a home patio?

If natural gas is already at the patio, it's usually the cleanest permanent option. Propane works where there's no gas line. Electric infrared is ideal under covered patios with available power. We spec it to your space and fuel situation.

Do you service heaters you didn't sell?

Yes. Diagnosis, repair, and seasonal maintenance on most major brands — including units another company installed.

What does residential service cost?

Every patio is different, so we quote rather than price-list. Tell us about the space and we'll give you a straight number — no obligation.
