Restaurant Leasing

Heat every night, without buying heaters. Ongoing, monthly, commercial. Leased heaters live on your patio and stay maintained.

Best for restaurants that want patio heating without purchasing equipment outright. No capital outlay, no maintenance headaches.

Ask About Leasing

Not sure which makes more sense? Tell me how long you need the heaters and how the patio is used — I'll tell you straight which one fits.

The rental fleet

Portable propane freestanding units, maintained by us, ready for your event or season.

The rental fleet is Sunglo, Italkero Falo, and Dolce Vita only — portable propane units built to move. Sunpak heaters are permanent installations and are sale-only, not available for rent.

Thinking about buying instead? Try before you buy is official policy — rent the heaters first, then decide with real experience behind it. See heaters for sale.

Rental questions

How many heaters do I need?

It depends on the space, the heater model, and wind exposure. For a backyard party, two or three portable units usually cover a seating area. For a restaurant patio, I need the layout — send me approximate dimensions, the seat count, or a photo of the space, and I'll tell you the heater count and placement. You don't need to know the model.

Do you deliver?

Yes — delivery is available across Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara counties, arranged around your event date or patio. Tell me the venue and the date and we'll work out the logistics.

Do you set them up?

Setup and placement can be arranged — that's part of the conversation when we plan your rental or lease. Tell me about the venue or patio and we'll figure out what's needed.

Do you remove them?

For event rentals, yes — pickup after the event is part of the arrangement. Leased heaters stay on your patio; that's the point.

Is propane included?

For event rentals, propane can be arranged as part of your rental — tell me what you need. For restaurant leases, fuel is typically the restaurant's responsibility; we'll talk through what makes sense for your patio.

How long can I rent?

One night to a full season. Single-night event rentals are common; longer stretches run through the cold months. If you need heat ongoing, monthly leasing is usually the better fit.

Can restaurants lease heaters?

Yes — that's exactly what the leasing program is for. Monthly, commercial, heaters stay on your patio and stay maintained. If you run a restaurant patio in Ventura, Los Angeles, or Santa Barbara counties, ask about leasing.

Can I rent for one night?

Yes — one-night rentals for weddings, parties, and events are the most common rental we do. Book as early as you can; peak season (October through February) goes fast.

Can I rent for a season?

Yes — seasonal rentals cover the cold months. For a restaurant that needs heat all season, every season, leasing is usually simpler than re-renting.

What happens if a heater stops working?

Call me — (818) 590-5952. For rentals and leases, a dead heater is my problem, not yours: I'll get you a working unit or get yours running again as fast as I can. If you own the heaters, that's a service call.

What if weather changes?

Patio heaters handle cold; they don't handle storms. If high wind or rain is forecast, we'll talk it through — portable units get secured or pulled in dangerous conditions, and safety calls the shots.

Do I need to provide anything?

Just the space and access to it. The rental units are self-contained propane — no gas line or power needed. If your venue has rules about open flame or propane, check with them first, or I can help you ask.

Planning an event or a season?

Tell us the date, the venue, and the headcount — we'll handle the heat. Serving Ventura, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara Counties.
