What's covered

Every maintenance visit runs the same seven steps. Preventive care for commercial patio heaters — most major brands, including units you didn't buy from us.

  • Inspect

Every unit checked top to bottom: overall condition, mounting, and installation soundness.

  • Clean

Burners, emitters, and reflectors cleaned. Clean heaters burn hotter and last longer.

  • Test

Every heater fired and run through its controls before we leave. Nothing gets signed off cold.

  • Identify wear

Parts wearing out get flagged before they fail on a Friday night — ignition components, emitters, gas connections.

  • Check components

Pilot and ignition, thermocouple, gas valve, regulator, and controls tested individually, not just eyeballed.

  • Recommend repairs

Anything that needs fixing gets an upfront quote. Parts and repair labor are billed separately — never bundled into the plan.

  • Document condition

You get a written record of every unit's condition after each visit — useful for multi-location groups and your own files.

Built for commercial patios.

The plan is for patios where dead heaters cost money — not for a single backyard unit.

  • Restaurants

Dining patios that run heaters nightly through the cold months.

  • Hotels

Courtyards, pool decks, and rooftop spaces guests expect to be comfortable.

  • Hospitality groups

Multiple locations, one documented maintenance record across all of them.

  • Commercial properties

Common areas and outdoor amenities where broken equipment becomes a liability.

  • Venues

Event spaces that need every heater working before doors open.

The math is simple

One dead heater on a busy night costs more than a year of maintenance — in lost covers, comped tables, and a patio that looks abandoned. The plan is quoted to your fleet size and visit cadence.
